Competition Terms and Conditions - RNZB Tutus on Tour
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or modified from time to time.
2. The promotion is being run by the New Zealand Automobile Association (Incorporated) (AA) located at Level 5, He Ngākau, 20 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, 1010 (the “Promoter”).

4. Promotion key details
- Promotion Period: This promotion starts at 8.00am, Monday 3 February 2025 and ends 11.59pm, Monday 24 March 2025.
- Entry: Purchase any adult or child ticket to RNZBs performance of Tutus on Tour using the AA promotional code AAADAGIO2025 during the promotional period and you'll automatically go in the draw for a chance to WIN the prize. There is one entry per AA Member.
- Prize: Be in to WIN one of two prize packs, each including a signed pair of pointe shoes and Tutus on Tour poster.
- Prize Redemption: The Promoter will contact the winner via email to notify them of their win and provide further details of the prize redemption process.
- Winner Contact: If the Promoter, having made three attempts to contact the winner without response, is unable to do so seven calendar days after the announcement date, then the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
The Prize
5. If a winner is under the age of 18 on the date they are announced, their prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
6. If a winner does not accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries.

10. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the personal information collected from you:
- To conduct this promotion, including determining and notifying the winners and disclosing that information to the prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities.

Promoter Conditions
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to:
- Request entrants to provide proof of identity and/or proof of valid entry.
- Disqualify any entrant reasonably believed to have breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.
- Cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if it cannot run as planned for any reason.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter:
- Assumes no responsibility for:
- Any error, omission, interruption, or unauthorized access affecting entries.
- Any entries not received during the promotion period.
- Any variation in the value of the prize.
- Excludes all warranties in relation to the prize.
- Limits its liability for breaches of consumer rights to the cost of re-supplying the prize.
