AA Driving School: Refunds

These apply to any pay-as-you-learn bookings or lesson packages, but does not apply to the Senior Driver Coaching Session 74+ (AA Member Benefit). 

  1. Available to all those who have fully paid for a prepaid booking or lesson package.   
  2. A refund can only be made for the value up to the original value of a transaction. 
  3. Transactions paid by credit card will be refunded directly to the original credit card only. 
  4. Payments made by a credit card cannot be refunded to a new (different) credit card 
  5. If the transaction cannot be refunded to the original credit card, a refund request will need to be submitted via the Customer Care Centre, by calling 0800 223 748.  
  6. All manual refunds requestswill be made to a New Zealand bank account. 
  7. Proof of the client bank account will be required for the manual refund request. 
  8. Refunds are not automatically processed. You will need to request a refund by calling our Customer Care Centre or via the ‘Contact us’ option. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  9. No refunds will be paid to a third party without the written consent of the original payer.
