What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- Please call 09 927 2659 to notify AA Home Book a Job of the change to your booking.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of your confirmed booking time (excluding weekends), AA Home Book a Job charge a call out fee. The reason for this fee is because our Representative won’t be able to find other work within that timeframe. We treat our Trades people well so that they treat you well.

Can the AA help me if my bicycle gets a flat tyre or the chain breaks?
Where a bicycle becomes immobile due to a flat or damaged tyre or wheel, the AA will provide roadside assistance with tyre repair or replacement.
Bicycles that become immobile due to a broken chain or broken pedals, the AA will provide bicycle recovery to the Member’s home address, vehicle, or nearest place of repair. Carriage of passengers can only be to the legal limit of the attending vehicle. If alternative transport for the Member is required, this will be at the Member’s expense.
Excluded from coverage are bicycles used for commercial transportation, impound bicycles, bicycles that require breaking or cutting a lock to transport or a bicycle secured with a lock for which the Member has no key or combination.

Yes, where an Electric Bicycle becomes immobile due to a flat battery, electrical system issues, a flat or damaged tyre or wheel, broken chain, or broken pedals, the AA will provide bicycle recovery to the Member’s home address, vehicle, or nearest place of repair. Carriage of passengers can only be to the legal limit of the attending vehicle. If alternative transport for the Member is required, this will be at the Member’s expense.
