  • How many times can I make use of my AA Member benefits with AA Driver's Seat?

    Below details how often you can take advantage of your AA Member benefits:

    • Starter Session; once per AA Membership
    • A discount on up to 10 driving lessons per AA Membership (Includes Driving Lessons, Practice Restricted Tests, Practice Full Tests, lessons with a package and cancelled lessons within 24 hours)
    • Senior Driver 74+ free Member benefit Coaching Session once every two years
    • Senior Driver Coaching Session 65+ Member discount benefit up to 10 sessions per AA Membership
  • Can I pay for my driving lesson by Eftpos or Credit Card?

    Our instructors do not carry Eftpos machines so you will need to pay your instructor in cash at the beginning of each lesson. Alternatively you can discuss alternative payment methods with your instructor (they may offer online banking). 

  • Can I book more than one lesson?

    Yes, please submit a booking form and when our instructor contacts you can discuss booking more lessons. 

  • Once I have received my Defensive Driving voucher, how long is it valid for?

    • Defensive Driving Course vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue
  • Do I have to be at home while the Representative is there?

    • Yes. We will not proceed with any works unless someone over the age of 18 is present.
  • How do I know that I’m getting a fair price?

  • Why can't I register for MyAA?

    You may have trouble completing the registration process for MyAA for the following reasons:

    • If you get a message saying “email is not valid”, please make sure you have typed the email address in a valid format (e.g. no spelling errors, correct domain name)
    • If the password field is highlighted in red, please make sure the password meets our security standards
    • If your email address is already registered, it is likely this email address is already assigned to an existing MyAA account. If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgot password feature.

  • Why can't I complete the MyAA registration process?

    We may not have your date of birth recorded in our database or it may be recorded incorrectly, your name may have changed since joining the AA or your AA Membership may have expired.
