• Where can I get an AA Pre Purchase Inspection?

  Many AA Auto Centre Sites can conduct AA Pre Purchase Inspections and we have mobile inspectors in major cities across New Zealand. Both depot and mobile inspections cost the same and to book a vehicle inspection you can either book online. 

• Why can’t I use my old MyAA username and password to log in to MyAA?

  Since the last time you logged into your AA account, we've migrated to a new identity platform. We've upgraded our AA online account to increase security. To activate your new MyAA account, all you need to do is set up your new login credentials and connect your AA Membership number.

  Please follow the steps below to activate your new MyAA account:

  1. Click here to set up your new account
  2. Enter your email address and new password
  3. Verify your email address and AA Membership number
  4. You are now ready to explore your new MyAA application and features!

• How can I update my physical address online?

  You can log in to MyAA to update your physical address online. If you haven't already, you'll need to first sign up for a MyAA account and complete our online registration process.

• How can I renew my AA Membership?

  You can renew your AA Membership online by logging in to MyAA, by direct debit, over the phone, at your nearest AA Centre, or online banking.

  Our new identity platform enables AA Members and customers to access various applications across the AA while protecting their user accounts. This new identity solution enforces best-practice security settings such as enforced session timeouts, encryption at rest data storage, and an industry best practice password strength enforcement.
