Am I eligible for the Cancer Care Benefit if I have received the $5,000 Early Stage Cancer Benefit?
Some cancers are considered to be 'early stage cancers' and are not covered for the full amount of cover initially. However, the policy has a $5,000 Early Stage Cancer Benefit to help with the treatment and recovery of these cancers. Should the cancer develop into something more serious then you may be able to claim on the remainder of the cover under the Cancer Care Benefit.

Are there any limits on the payments that are made under the Funeral Cover policy?
The total maximum combined cover we will pay under all Funeral Cover policies is $30,000 for each person insured, which is in addition to any payments made under the Additional Accidental Death Benefit.

I've been diagnosed with cancer twice. Will I receive two payouts?
Unfortunately, we only pay one Cancer Care Benefit and one Early Stage Cancer Benefit on this policy. This means you won't receive payouts twice, even if you've been diagnosed with a different type of cancer.
