  • Who can apply for an AA Finance Personal Loan?

    Yes, as long as your application satisfies all of our normal lending criteria you can switch your loan, or consolidate more than one existing loan, with AA Finance.

  • How do I update my details?

  • Why am I receiving a renewal notice via post when I made payment after receiving the renewal via email?

    Our AA Membership renewal email is sent 7-days before the paper version. If you open the email within the first 7-days, you won't receive the paper copy. However, if you open and pay for your AA Membership after this period, you will also receive the printed copy. In this instance, your AA Membership has renewed, and you can disregard the paper copy. If you're unsure about whether your AA Membership has renewed, give us a call on 0800 500 444, and we'll look into it for you.

  • What happens if the tradesperson can’t fix the problem?

    We will either fix the problem on the spot (almost 70% of the time) or make temporary repairs to ensure your home is safe and secure until you are able to organise further repairs.

    If your emergency requires additional repairs we will give you expert advice on what should be done next and, if you wish, we will arrange for a qualified tradesperson to offer a free no-obligation quote on the work for you.

  • What if I move to another address?

    Simply call 0800 AA HOME (0800 224 663) and we’ll update your details straight away. You can change your nominated address once a year.

  • Do I get a refund if I cancel the subscription before the renewal date?

    We can only refund your subscription in limited circumstances. Please refer to the AA Home Terms and Conditions for further details. 

  • Something didn’t go to plan/meet my expectations. Who do I contact?

    If you’re not happy with the service that you’ve received from a tradesperson or if the repair did not meet your expectations, please call us on 0800 AA HOME (0800 224 663). We want you to be completely happy with this product, so will take your feedback very seriously.

     

  • Why is my partner's renewal fee different to mine?

    When there are two AA Members who are partners / spouses and living at the same address, one of them will be an Associate Member and paying 50% less than the standard Individual subscription rate. Associate Members are entitled to the full range of Membership benefits that Individual/Full Members are entitled to.

  • How do I replace my lost International Drivers Permit?

    It isn't possible to replace a lost International Driving Permit (IDP). You'll need to apply for a new IDP online, by post or at your nearest AA Centre.
