  • Which vehicle service should I choose for my car?

    Our levels of servicing are designed to meet the varying needs of cars no matter their age, condition or history and all our work is protected by our warranty. Even if your car is used very little, it still pays to have it serviced regularly as many parts degrade even when not in use.

  • What repairs do you carry out?

    We carry out a full range of mechanical and electrical repairs. Common repairs we undertake include braking, steering & suspension, cambelt replacement, clutch replacement, battery testing and replacement, cooling systems, electrical sensor testing and replacement.

  • What if my car fails?

    If your vehicle fails a WoF inspection, you're not allowed to drive it on the road unless it's being operated solely for the purpose of obtaining a new WoF – regardless of whether your old WoF has expired or not. We can fix all the items that require attention.

    Your vehicle can be re-inspected by the same WoF agent at no extra charge within 28 days of the initial WoF inspection. If you go over the 28 days from the initial inspection, you will need to have a new WoF inspection and pay the fee again.

  • How long is the work guaranteed for?

    We're so confident in the quality of our car repairs; we guarantee all our workmanship and new parts for 12 months or 20,000 kilometres, whichever is sooner.

  • I have an existing loan, can I switch to AA Finance?

    Yes as long as your application satisfies all of our normal lending criteria.

  • How do I join or create a group with other cardholders?

    To create a group with other cardholders - login to your account, click ‘Link another cardholder to your account group’ and follow the steps.

    You can only be in one group at any time - if you'd like to join a group created by another cardholder, you'll need to ask them to submit an invite request for you to join the group.

    Remember that all fuel discounts earned by cardholders in the group go into a joint account and anyone in the group can redeem them. Once a cardholder has redeemed the fuel discounts the account is cleared to zero. Find out more about linking and removing cards here.

  • Who can I take out Funeral Cover for?

    You can take out a Funeral Cover policy either for yourself or for a close family member.  Close family members are limited to your Husband, Wife, De-facto Partner, Civil Union partner, Mother, Father, Daughter, Son, Brother, Sister, Grandfather, Grandmother or a person for who you hold an Enduring Power of Attorney (POA) over their property. We will require a copy of the POA as evidence.
