How much data will it use to book a roadside breakdown callout?
- Costs vary by network provider however as the app uses only small amounts of data, these costs will be minimal.

Do I have to have my Membership card with me?
- Yes. Standard Membership protocols apply – you will still need to show your Membership card when the Service Officer attends.

Will I be alerted when the provider is on their way to me?
- Yes – you will be able to refresh the status screen in the app to see the update. You'll need to be with the vehicle when the Service Officer arrives and we recommend that you remain with the vehicle until they're with you.

Can I change the amount I’m covered for?
Yes, you can reduce your cover at any time. If you want to increase your cover, you’ll need to answer a few simple questions about your health to ensure you are eligible to increase.

If I cancel can I get my money back if I paid in advance?
Yes, we will refund a proportion of the premium, depending on the date of cancellation. For example, if you pay an annual premium in January and you cancel in June, we’ll refund your premiums from June until December.
