AA Driver Care

AA Driver Care is designed to meet the unique on-road needs of New Zealand’s Passenger Service Vehicle Driver.

It covers the vehicle, regardless of who the driver is.

Includes hundreds of dollars of special discounts, exclusive benefits and services with your AA Driver Care Card.

To access AA Member Benefits, simply complete our nomination form and we'll send you (or a person of your choice) an AA Member Benefits card.

Coverage
There are three categories of AA Driver Care, depending on the weight of your vehicle and the type of service required. AA Driver Care covers passenger service vehicles from cars to 12-seater mini coaches.

AA Driver Care Standard
The driver of your nominated Passenger or light commercial vehicle will receive:

• Three callouts per year

• Emergency taxi up to $60 in the event we can’t fix the problem at roadside

• Roadside mechanical failure assistance

• Non-mechanical failure assistance for lost keys or lockouts, flat tyres and
flat/faulty batteries

• Emergency side-glass repair where we have coverage

In many cases, we're able to fix the problem on the spot. If we can't, we’ll get your vehicle mobile then and there, we'll tow it to a place of safety or repair.

AA Driver Care Xtra
Choose AA Driver Xtra and you'll receive:

• All the benefits of Standard Driver Care plus up to six call outs per year

AA Taxi Care Premium
Choose AA Driver Care Premium and you'll receive:

• Rental car (for up to three days)

• Emergency accommodation

• Towing to the nearest repairer
