We think pets play an important role in Kiwi families. Our mission is to cover more Kiwi pets to help ensure that they can get the treatment they need, so that their humans aren't faced with tough decisions or left with hefty vet bills.

AA Pet Insurance policies are issued by The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Limited (Hollard), distributed by The New Zealand Automobile Association (Incorporated) (AA), and are administered and managed by PetSure (Australia) Pty Limited (PetSure).

An overseas policyholder preference applies. Under Australian law, if The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd is wound up, its assets in Australia must be applied to its Australian liabilities before they can be applied to overseas liabilities. To this extent, New Zealand policyholders may not be able to rely on The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd’s Australian assets to satisfy New Zealand liabilities.
