Gutter Cleaning: Regular gutter cleaning is an essential part of home maintenance aimed at preventing water damage. Clearing debris now can help prevent costly repairs in the future, including foundation damage, roof leaks, and mould growth.

Gutters will be accessed either via a ladder or the roof using ropes and harnesses, whichever is appropriate and more efficient. Debris will be cleaned from the gutters by hand, then flushed through with water to fully clear.
Downpipes will be checked and will be cleared if necessary. Gutter debris will be removed from site or left onsite if the customer has a designated area.

Gutter Cleaning + House Wash

House Wash: Over time, dirt, grime, and environmental pollutants can build up on exterior surfaces, diminishing your house's curb appeal and potentially causing long-term damage. Our house wash can help remove contaminants, protecting your home from mould, mildew, and unsightly stains. With our safe and effective cleaning methods, we'll restore your home's beauty and ensure it stays looking its best.

The house will be assessed and if appropriate, a cleaning agent will be applied with a water blaster. Then the house will be washed with appropriate pressure, before being rinsed. All windows, doors and their surrounds will be washed with a brush and rinsed with water. All surfaces, including any surrounding paths will then be rinsed with fresh water to ensure your house is left clean and tidy.

Gutter Clean + House Wash + Roof Treatment

Roof Treatment: We recommend getting a regular roof treatment to keep it free from growing lichen, mould and moss and getting a residue build-up from environmental factors such as traffic pollution and the residue from trees growing nearby. A clean roof is less likely to develop leaks and other problems. which means it should last longer. In addition, when you have your roof treated regularly, you can catch problems early, before they cause serious damage. Our roof treatment enhances the appearance of your home and helps extends its lifespan, which should prevent costly repairs down the line.

This is done either from a ladder at the roofline or via ropes and harnesses on the roof depending on the structure of the house. The house will be washed (as above) before the roof treatment is applied to the roof with the use of a water blaster. Treatment on the roof will help break down moss and lichen and be removed by rain and sun. This process can take up to 12 months for moss and lichen and around 18 months for black mould.
