Hours of Operation
A friendly reminder that our AA sites are closed during public holidays and we’ll re-open on the next business day. Please note, regional holidays are also observed which means closures will vary nationwide.
Some Centres may have a reduced timetable during the holiday season so we suggest getting in touch with them directly for more information. You can find our contact numbers here: AA Location Finder
AA Roadservice and breakdown assistance
If you need AA Roadservice, we're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can:

- use our mobile app

Lost cards
If your AA Membership card has been lost, stolen, damaged or is not swiping, you can request a replacement here.
Alternatively, you can send us an email, call 0800 500 444 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm or visit your nearest AA Centre.
