I was involved in a minor accident on Jan. 20th. The other car hit me from behind. I have photos of its licence plate xxxxx and of the driver's AA membership card xxxxxxxxxxxxx. He also claimed he was insured with AA. I was also given a cellphone No, but it does not work. Both AA and LTSA do not provide me with the member contact details, based first on privacy regulations and second on public interest. I have only a third-party insurance with AA. What should I do to find the driver and/or recover the cost of repairs?
