Hello,
because I am going to apply for an extension of my visa, I paid it instead of fighting the system as it could cause me a lot of problems, no matter where the mistake happened.
However, before I made the decision to pay it without trying to resolve it in any other way, I have done a small research and found that these are just little traps for "revenue gathering" and the issue came quite big in 2018. Two years later nothing happened. You can see the source below:
Stuff - there is a photo of the problematic Khyber Pass road. I have checked it one more time, they have just updated the hours to extend the active time, that is their solution.

Herald - You can check similar info here:

Newshub - in this article you can find a quite useful map with these camera traps.

Hope you and anyone else find this information useful. As I am just a guest in this beautiful country, I have to follow the system no matter what. It is paid now, which means also resolved and should not make me any problems and I will leave the fight on locals.
Thanks for that.
Hi there, you are right. I just received one as well... for 1.46pm on Thursday. I will check it with my lawyer tomorrow.
I've just had one here too (KP5) from turning left out of Kingdon St, into Khyber Pass and the bus lane. Surely one could not reasonably be expected to a) see the Bus lane sign until they were actually in KP and b) indicate both left and right at the same time? So, you turn left out of Kingdon (keeping left) into the LH lane of Khyber Pass, and would then have 50m to indicate right, by which time, it's turned into a normal lane/cycle path to enable you to turn left into Broadway! AA, please let me know if I'm in the wrong here!
