Hi there,
I recently purchased a car from turners (vehicle was owned by turners so I've got rights under CGA) which was said to have cruise control on the trademe listing.
A few days later I go to use the cruise control and to my suprise no cruise control buttons to found.
Can I take the vehicle back for a full refund? Or expect some sort of compensation as I purchased the vehicle on the basis that it had cruise control?

If it was advertised as having cruise control, and the vehicle doesn't, you should take the
evidence and go back to turners and see what they are willing to do about it.
