I was reversing out of a car park in the petrol station and all was clear as I looked both ways twice then a car driving forward from petrol pump hit the side of my car. Who is at fault?

Hi there,
Unfortunately from cases I have seen lately it will be your fault. It is always the reversing cars responsibility to do so with care for their surroundings. When reversing out of a car park, you are usually entering normal drive areas so extra care is needed. However maybe your insurance company will make that decision.
