Would I pass a warrant of fitness with combined coloured running light (blue) and turn signals (yellow), in addition to the existing standard indicators.

It depends where the lights are located, and what colour. Please follow the links to the NZTA wof regulations.

A daytime running lamp must be white or amber.
A direction indicator lamp must emit a light that is substantially:
a) white or amber to the front, and
b) red or amber to the rear, and
c) amber to the side.
