Is it legal for a car to have a mag wheel and steel wheel on the front axle with the same sized tyres?

Provided the wheels individually; meet all the required WOF regulations, the tyres are identical in size designation, construction and tread type, and are suitable for the particular wheel size and width then the answer is yes.

Most unusual though I must say.
