I have received a speed camera infringement notice and, after receiving a copy of the photo, am convinced that photo was not taken in the location stated on the infringement notice. It is my car but it is definitely not the location stated. What are my options here?

This is not the first time we've heard of this happening. In the last case we heard of, the driver appealed the ticket and along with others ticketed at the same location, was let off.
If you're sure the location stated is not correct, we'd advise appealing.
