My car was hit by a drunk driver and now is awaiting for the result of a hearing, can I get rid of the car before the result comes out?

I don't see why not. In fact, I'm not sure how the result of a hearing and the disposal of the damaged vehicle are related unless there are some extenuating circumstances related to the vehicle that would necessitate you keeping it until the result of the hearing is determined.
