I purchase above vehicle from a dealer 4 months ago, I noticed battery drain from the beginning but did not inform the dealer, because I suspected it was due to old battery (Japanese import with old battery, the dealer did not put new battery), The Vehicle was ok for daily running. The indication of battery drain is noticeable only when vehicle is not used for 3-4 days. I have called AA 5-6 time's (can provide AA history if required) during this period.
And finally on AA advise put a new battery one month ago and unfortunately problem is still there. I hand over the car to the dealer to repairs and they told me that I have to pay for it since this has occurred after 3 months.
I believe this problem was there from the beginning and can prove that from my AA call outs, Therefore the dealer's responsibility to fix this.
Am I right on this situation?
Please advice.

It certainly seems that this problem has been there since you purchased the car, so you should press the dealer on this. Also, the dealer has no right to say that the car has a 3 month warranty. It's the Consumer Guarantees Act that applies here, which has no finite timeframe - just what is deemed to be reasonable.
Under the circumstances, it would appear that this is the dealer's responsibility.

Tyrone if you have had no luck with the dealership I would suggest checking some obvious things, for example a faulty boot switch or perhaps courtesy light door switch, sometimes they do not disconnect properly and can cause a small drain on the battery, I always leave the courtesy light switched off, hopefully it is a simple solution, you could also try pulling a fuse out each time you park up, a slow process but one way of isolating the fault
