I was in a nose to tail due to the front driver stopping in the center line to cross long weekend heavy traffic on a state highway all cars jumped on there brakes within a split second and my car was ridden off. I rang AA to make a claim and they denied me due to being a learner driver. The police stated it wasn't my fault so why deny me? Why give me insurance when at the time.you knew I was a leaner?
