I have my restricted license and I know that if I am a caregiver I can drive the child, does this mean I can drive my younger brother around if my parents are both away on a business trip or I am baby sitting him? Also am I able to drive my retired grandparents around even if they don't live with me?

Under these circumstances you cannot drive either of them around.
