Just had a guy reverse into my stationary car in a gardening centre car park. I have got a couple of dings that will need to be panel beated. The guy was all apologetic and i have all of his details. Please tell me the process on what i need to do.

You don't say whether or not either party is insured or whether or not it is your intention to go through insurance.
If an insurance company is to become involved, you will need to file a claim with your insurer, and they will direct the process. Generally, this will involve taking the vehicle to their assessing centre or a panel beater to be assessed and the insurance company will take care of the repair and recovering losses from the other driver.
If no insurance company will be involved, you should take the car to a panel beater, get a firm quote and recover the money from the other party. It pays to receive the payment before going ahead with the repair, as you don't want any dispute arising after the repair which could result in you being out of pocket.
