Hi, in the Consumer Guarantees Act is there a section that describes the number of times a dealership will repair a car before the consumer can return the said car for a replacement car or refund?

Thanks.

There is nothing specific relating to the number of times, however, as with the entire act, it comes down to what is "reasonable." Clearly, if a repairer has half a dozen goes at a repair and it still isn't right, tha's not reasonable. If he takes (say) three attempts and the repair is a success, that may be deemed reasonable.
