Hi, we have recently purchased a vehicle that had an aa check beforehand. There is a hole in the firewall and the firewall has rust around it. The radiator blew a couple of weeks ago and the mechanic said that this car should never have passed a warrant or been entered into the country when it is faulty like that. My question is - how could it have passed an aa check because as soon as you look at the radiator you can see the hole and do we go to the AA or the car dealer? Who is responsible?
