This is a long story..
A month ago ECU of my car was found faulty and also there was a leakage of coolant to the engine so I had to flush the engine oil. The repairer told me the ECU can be repaired or replaced. Repair was cheaper so I chose to repair the ECU. (also flushed engine at the same time). After everything got fixed the repairer told me to come back to recheck if there is any remaining oil. A few weeks later I remembered to recheck but also my car was due on the regular service so I went to the same garage to get a regular service. After 1 week later I found a leakage of coolants and the car gave a warning sign telling coolant is empty. I took my car to the garage and they said it was the remaining oils from the last repair that caused the problem and started to blame me for not coming back to recheck. I said I did get a service on the period they asked me to come back, they seemed to realise that as I said, the the guy told me "somehow" they didn't notice the remaining oil from the last service. I wanted to get my car back as soon as possible as I was busy so I flushed engine again and paid the full price. After another week the car failed to start so I took the car again to the same garage.. They said it's ECU again and asked me to replace the ECU. I said ECU was repaired only a month ago and they said it can happen...I wasnt told about this when I went and decided to repair the ECU...

Is there any legal advice for a repair that won't last even a month and the poor service?

First up lets deal with the ECU problem. A repair on a ECU should last longer than one month so you should definitely have some come-back on the repairer. I suspect they would have outworked the repair and should be able to negotiate a refund.

The coolant loss and engine flush is a lot more complicated. Flushing an engine due to water contamination is not a cure as it would appear to be a result of a problem not the cause.

The way I have understood your overview of events, the cause of the coolant loss has not been identified so it is not surprising the water loss continued.

To take this further we would need to ask you a few specific questions.
