The cambelt on my 1997 Chrysler Neon broke today and I'm looking for some advice. I've had my car regularly serviced every 6 months by the same garage who is an aa affiliated service provider. At no stage did they inform me that the cam belt needed replacing even though the car reached 200,000 km's earlier this year. My question is, what is their responsibility have they (if any) for this happening given that they are the professional and I rely on them to let me know what is needed to keep my car running.
