Water has somehow entered our fueltank (we think when filling up at service station the day after it snowed) The vehicle is now worthless. How do we prove that the fuel was contaminated? Is it our reposnibility to prove it? The water is the fuel tank is not intentional therefore it is accidental and I think the insurance Company are obliged to pay.
