I have a automatic car and use both feet...weird I know, I have been told that I can't sit my full using both feet, I can only use one, is this correct? I have been told its dangerous etc but I have been driving for 10+ years and have never had an accident and my partner says he can't even tell that im using both feet, just wanted to clarify, thanks

This practice is certainly not recommended and should be discouraged, however the main focus in a driving test is not so much on the fact that the person uses both feet, but how well they control the car.

If one drives with both feet then the application of controls would need to be very smooth, which is rather hard to achieve especially with an inexperienced driver.

Your case could be quite different however, and the testing officer should have an open mind when judging your driving ability.

Hi there, thanks for your reply, so i can sit the test even though I use both feet? I was always told you couldn't sit it if you used both feet. I want to know that I won't fail straight away just because I use both? thanks
