My van failed its wof on rust and i took it to the panelbeaters and they said i should not of got its previous wof (wof is every 6months) as there was such a large amount of rust which would have been there for a long time.

Is there anything I can do about this as i feel i am having to deal with a large bill of rust but this could have been prevented if they spotted it sooner.
