I had my vehicle parked on the road and the rego is on hold as the wof lapsed 2 weeks ago. It was hit while parked by a driver who must of been speeding last night. The police phoned me and the other driver admitted responsibility and has full insurance coverage. My question is will his insurance company pay for my car which I think will be a write off now?
