My son was asked to collect work supplies in the work vehicle and had a minor accident when he backed into another car. Prior to this he was unaware that the work vehicle was not insured. Is his employer liable for the damages as he has failed to have the work vehicle insured? ( He has told my son he wants nothing to do with it.)
