Good afternoon! I bought a new Hybrid Swift but my Suzuki dealer is still not responding to my request to send me a document which confirms the sale to me (VOSA: vehicle offer & sale agreement).

Is this normal?

As part of buying a car, there needs to be an agreement between the two parties and a signing of a contract. Of this you would get a copy for your records and you would be entitled to ask for this.
