Hi there,
I was parked in a public parking lot and got an infringement notice due to no evidence of inspection for a private vehicle. Would I be able to receive compliance as i got my WOF the following day?

Hi there,
All you can do is write in to the transport agency who issued the infringement and see if they will waive the fine, I think it's only with police infringements that can be waived if evidence of inspection is provided within a determined time period.
