Is traffic required to leave a gap at an intersection? I know you cannot cross an intersection if there is no room for you on the other side but my question focuses on side streets.
I turn from a side street onto Massey Road, Mangere, Auckland most days and it is a giveway. I understand I have to give way when traffic is flowing but when traffic stops are they required to leave a gap for side street entering and exiting traffic?
