Hi there,
I have had a car accident with my 2 daughters. We had a collision with a train at the entrance of our farm, while I was taking them to school.As a result, one of my daughters had a head fracture and clavicule fracture. Now I have to go to court, for “careless driving causing injuries”.. I haven’t had an accident before in the 23 years that I have been driving. I want to know what are the usual charges for this offence.
