There are roadworks in my street. I parked my car outside my house, there weren’t any cones or anything, and when I came home I found that someone had moved my car onto the berm. I can only assume that someone either broke into it, or they lifted it somehow. No notes were left, before or after, in/on my car or letterbox..... Is this legal? Thanks in advance
