Hi there
I was wondering is it wise to have an agreement in writing drawn up while minding a family members car at my place while they are overseas for three weeks. I am asking this question because I don't want any other family member wanting to come around and use the car. This happened in 2010 when I had the car stored for three months and the car was not returned back to my place for two weeks.

An agreement would be a good idea, however if you are feeling uncomfortable let the owner know your concerns, as there could be other people who could look after the vehicle and save you the hassle.
