Hi, just would like to know the procedure of unregistered and selling my car for scrap with my own personalized plates (I certainly would like to keep). Appreciate your answer. Ben

Hi there,
You can remove the plates and cancel the vehicle licensing- keep your personal plates and instead of the norm where you would surrender them for destruction (government plates), keep them for a new car.
