Hi guys
I have a VW 2009 model golf which got mechanical insurance till 2021 and done 64k and recently it develops a first gear shudder in start stop traffic. Will my insurance cover if its an issue with the cluch or gearbox. Where should i take it for checking? Do I need to take it to AA service center or can I take it to the VW service center. What is the process of getting the claim if its covers.

If you have an AA MBI policy, it's best to call them on 0800 670 670 and they will inform you of the best thing to do.
