Hi - I've had work done on my car and part of the work carried out was a WOF check. The garage passed the check and I was able to complete a re-registration of the car on line as the warrant was valid. The garage subsequently carried out a road test of the car and one of the speed sensors failed and they decoded to "un-warrant" the car and took the WOF sticker off. The LTSA site lists the WOF as being valid until Nov 2019 but the car has no WOF sticker. Where does that leave me? Thanks.

Hi there,
You will need to get the vehicle repaired and a new wof sticker issued when complete, as the vehicle was deemed not safe to be issued with a wof.
The braking system warning light might not have been illuminated when the wof check was carried out but only discovered after the initial wof was issued, hence the need to now fail it.
