Hi guys. I'm wondering if you guys can help me with a question. If someone hits your drivers door (Which is open) of your parked car in a supermarket carpark who is at fault?

Hi there,
It depends on the situation, if you flung the door open in the path of a moving car then I would say your fault, if the door was open already and the car entered the park and collected it, then would most likely be the driving car at fault.
