HI THERE
one month ago I bought a car trough a dealer shop, since I bought the car, 2 times got flat the battery. I called AA to get assistance and they test the car and the battery. The test indicates the battery must be replaced. (its too weak for the car MEASURED: 170CCA
should be the battery replaced by the dealer shop?

Hi there,
I would think that under the CGA (consumer guarantees act) it would be too soon to have purchased a vehicle from a dealer to experience a battery failure. https://www.consumerprotection.govt.nz/help-product-service/cars/solving-issues-car-dealer/
