I am converting a 1996 Ford Transit minibus to a campervan.

I am just at the design stage at the moment and asked the NZTA for help on how to find out what compliance issues I might face, and whether my plans will meet those rules.

The NZTA said they couldn't help with this but suggested I contact the AA. Are you able to suggest anything please, or put me on to someone who knows?
