Hi,

I bought a 2007 BMW Hatchback with 47k kms on the 12th of February 2018. It included a 6 month warranty – so the warranty recently expired.
About a month after I bought the car, a sign popped up saying I had to replace my windshield fluid, and then the sign kept on popping up every 2 weeks or so, so I kept on refilling it.

Today I had a service done and they told me it has a leak.
Is there any possibility to still have this done as part of the dealer warranty?
Or is this not part of a dealer’s mechanical warranty anyway.

Thanks in advance.

Best
Bianca

Hi there,
It depends on the covered items listed in that warranty, did you let the dealer know about the problem before the warranty finished? It's best to go back to the dealer and see what they say- give them first right of remedy.
