Hello there! I was about to do a u turn in an intersection after the right arrow light turned green. But suddenly a car turned left, so i stop and was not able to make a u turn and just went back and turned right. But i was not in a complete u turn position, only about to do it, but i was a little off the guide line going right. Am i going to get any fines?

The road code says that "You are normally allowed to make U-turns, as long as the road is clear in both directions and it is safe to do so. Make sure you have enough room to complete the turn and don't create a hazard for oncoming vehicles. You aren't allowed to make U-turns if a 'No U-turn' sign is displayed."
