Hi, we bought a car from a car dealer on the 5th of August and it had a problem with not running correctly (only running on 3 cyclinders) didn't show up until after we had it a couple of days. Took it back and they agreed to fix it as it is under a 3 month mechanical warrenty.
We have only just got it back and now there seems to be a problem with the transmission.
The car is a mazda verisa 2005 imported from Japan with 72000km on the clock. Is it possible to ask for our money back as this seems to have more problems that are showing up all the time. Your advise would be much appreciated as this seems as though it is going to end up being a total lemon of a car for a learner driver to be learning in.

Hi there,
You have rights under the CGA if the vehicle has developed serious or non-serious faults and there are various choices of remedy associated with each.
