Hi there
I bought a 2007 VW Golf from a registered dealership in Auckland in November last year. Since purchasing the vehicle I've had to replace the infotainment unit due to constant restarts, the battery due to a completely dead cell, and more recently I've had a throttle control unit failure (not to mention a rear passenger door and window that ceased to open or close). The costs are mounting up!
I'm curious about what recourse, if any, I have under the CGA?
I haven't approached the dealership yet as I'd like to better understand my rights before doing so.
Would appreciate any advice you can provide.
Best
Dave
